To diffuse organic Spike Lavender essential oil, you can use a diffuser or rattan sticks. Here are a few usage tips:


For a diffuser, simply add a few drops of essential oil to the water reservoir and switch it on. Make sure not to exceed the recommended dosage to avoid any risk of irritation.


Muscle and joint comfort: Mix with a carrier oil and apply locally with a gentle massage to the affected area.

Skin issues: Mix with a carrier oil and apply a few drops locally to the affected area.

Respiratory comfort: Mix with a carrier oil and rub onto the chest and upper back.


For rattan sticks, dip them into a bottle of essential oil previously diluted in water or alcohol. The sticks will then slowly diffuse the scent into the surrounding air. It is recommended to replace the sticks approximately once a month.
