All Born to Bio products are Cosmos Organic certified by ECOCERT Greenlife and bear the COSMEBIO label.*
To guarantee an environmentally friendly cosmetic product, the Cosmos standard requires the use of ingredients from renewable resources and processed using environmentally friendly methods.
Ecocert therefore verifies:
– The absence of GMOs, parabens, phenoxyethanol, nanoparticles, silicone, PEGs, synthetic perfumes and dyes, ingredients derived from animals except for those naturally produced by animals and whose removal is not harmful to them: eggs, milk, honey…
– The biodegradable or recyclable nature of the packaging.

• Minimum 95% of ingredients of natural origin in the total product (water and minerals considered as natural).
• Minimum 95% organic ingredients across all plant-based ingredients.
• 10% to 20% minimum of organic ingredients in the total product

Ecocert certifier
Ecocert is a certifier, that is to say, an independent inspection body. Contrary to popular belief, it does not issue organic cosmetic labels.
Their role is to verify, based on precise specifications, that companies comply with the conditions for acquiring a label or certification.
