Return and refund policy – Born to Bio
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt of your parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal. Born to Bio extends this period to 2 months to make returns easier.
Return costs
Born to Bio covers all postal returns from mainland France (including Corsica) during the 2-month period. For returns from anywhere else, return costs are borne by the customer, except where the products are non-conforming.
Return procedure
Returns are made by post or by drop-off at a Mondial Relay pick-up point, using the return label sent by email by Born to Bio. To be accepted, products must be intact and unused, in their original packaging, with the order number enclosed in the parcel.

Refund
Products returned under the above conditions are refunded within a maximum of 14 days, using the payment method used for the order.
Damaged parcel or defective product
If your parcel is damaged, do not open it: take it back intact to La Poste within 5 working days, or leave it at the Mondial Relay pick-up point. Any missing or damaged product must be reported to Born to Bio Customer Service within 3 working days via the "Contact us" form.
