FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this stem compatible with all diffusers?

It is compatible with the vast majority of diffusers and humidifiers on the market that use a cotton wick or reed. Check the dimensions of your device before use.

How often should I change the stem?

It is recommended to change the reed every 2 to 4 weeks depending on usage, or as soon as you notice a decrease in diffusion. Also, change the reed each time you change essential oils to avoid aroma mixing.

Can I use any essential oil with it?

Yes, as long as your essential oil is compatible with cold diffusion. The reed is neutral and doesn't alter the quality of the oils, but avoid overly viscous oils that could clog more quickly.

How do I install the rod?

Simply remove the old stem from your device, insert the new one into the designated tube, and then wait for it to become saturated with liquid before turning on the diffuser.

Can it be washed and reused?

No, these are single-use swabs. For optimal and hygienic diffusion, it is recommended to use a new swab for each cycle.
